It contains mainly the key concepts of SharePoint Services.
I refereed this site and WSS3.0 SDK. Examples in “WS3.0 inside by Ted Pattison book” are also helpful for certification exam.
If you through with the Key concepts of WSS3.0, It’s easy to get the certification.
